Website layout issues

One of the greatest problems experienced by designers and web programmers is the ability to make your site look the same on every browser. (This is like doing multiple translations of a document that only people who read english plan to read) kind on dumb and a waste of time!

So as a note to that we were excited that microsoft planned to make the new IE standards compliant. But they changed their minds...
The Register

The sad news.... lots of people don't update their software so lots of old sites are going to look funny and lots of programmers are stopping support of older websites due to this new issue. FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT... :)

The good news?... download FIREFOX
or GOOGLE CHROME
as they meet the standards produced by the WEB STANDARDS PROJECT in an effort to make all websites look the same and browsers to handle information similarly.

Freedom In Creation...

We did some work for a non-profit. They use the arts to help kids in war torn area rehabilitate and then sell the art to supply both materials and help the community (Example - in Africa this money would go to building wells)

Box of 12$ Startbucks Coffee

Just fyi - we love coffee here at LMD... (So this post if for those of you who love it just as much as we do!)
Today's visit #2 to starbucks included the purchase of a traveler's coffee box for 12 Dollars. Lucky me decided to purchase a $25 dollar GOLD CARD and guess what?!?! The $12.00 Travelers box was FREE!!!.... (For those out there wanting to purchase a gold card, I suggest highly that you purchase it with a box of coffee:))
